This is reality… this reflects the real position… It is better for health of people who r bent on calling CCE-2003 as Jalee to see the worth of these hard-working people……

Now the other side:

Petition is filed by Saleem Shaikh, who is 3 time CSS failure… Why after six years of slumber he has filed this petition??? Why he did not lodge petition in 2005 when final result was declared???? Why he did not question the result of written portion, when he also passed along with sons of all affluent people??? He should not have appeared in interview than….. he could have moral standing after such act which he has not today… why has he not made the successful candidates a party in the petition???? Is not it mala-fide that we were kept in dark for a year by SPSC & Mr. Saleem Shaikh..

Answers r invited from Babakhan & Dr. Imtiaz Khushik

What is worth of present SPSC Chairman???? Mr. SN Abbasi… His selection as SPSC Chairman is doubtful… he has no background of CSS/PCS, which is pre-requisite for Chairmanship of SPSC… Why a panel of 3 persons as nominees was not sent to CM, when his Summary for appointment as Chairman SPSC was floated (which is a practice)??? How can he prove his innocence about his corruption scams/jail terms…if NRO beneficiary can head an organization like SPSC, than you can imagine the state of enquiry (and partiality too)

Son of SN Abbasi had failed in CCE-2003, can an enquiry constituted by him be impartial????

Under what rule & provision, was the enquiry conducted by SPSC against successful candidates of CCE-2003????

Answers r invited from Babakhan & Dr. Imtiaz Khushik

Quote:
An enquiry commissioned by Chairman SN Abbasi (with no CSS/PCS Background, but with right connections with Presidency, retired Estate Officer with history of terms in jail, a convict on corruption charges, NRO beneficiary) which has members like Mr. Shah Mansoor Alam (he was in jail for 11 years on corruption charges) & Nawaz Leghari (whose son failed to pass CCE-2003) is obviously aimed to defame us who have proven time n again. Shabir Sethar has missed few names. SHABIR'S THREAD IS TESTIMONY OF MISCONCIEVED, FRIVILOUS & FRAUDULENT MEDIA CAMPAIGN ...
everybody seems to have ignored my earlier argument in this regard…

Correct me plz @ Babakhan & Dr. Imtiaz Khushik

Babakhan is found of calling us Jalee n engage in un-necessary mud-slugging, but he has not bothered to reply my questions in this thread……..

Quote:
Bro, pl learn to relish that fact many of CCE-2003 qualifiers had cleared CSS in previous year. even in CSS-2003, three successful candidates of CCE-2003 got allocated... many have cleared CSS in last five years.... If Clearing CSS in later stages not at all a testimoney that they have been allocated following the principles of meritocracy than according to ur enlighted wisdom, what should be testimony of our competency....
Babakhan pl share ur intellectual arguments here ……..

Dear FS

I unfalteringly believe that you feel right fitting in a affluent family
Khushik Sahib, u don’t have to worry about my faimly’s affluence… I know what riches my 18-grade doctor father has amassed….

Quote:
but I could not overlook my close friend Imtiaz Ali Soomro from larkana; eldest son in his family belonged to very poor lineage; who was the firm advocate of merit and hard working; appeared in CSS thrice but not made the grade; he appeared in CCE-2003 and passed written examination but not be up to snuff in interview due to bequeathing the nearest and dearest by the blind members and Chairman. He spent his 8 years in this process, including his time, money, and epoch. Now whenever I meet with him seems disheartened and against merit. Would any body compensate against his loss? I request you to confess the reality of things.
Dear not every body who passed written portion of CCE-2003 could have been accommodated against 77 vacancies… He definitely would have secured less marks ….

Quote:
DEAR SINDHI FELLOWS

I am keenly observing and reading the views of our honourable members on SPSC subject. I reach a conclusion that both opinions presented by shabir, FS and Khusik are correct in their reality . Many candidates inducted purly on merit and vice versa. many candiadtes later on qualify the CSS by burning midnight oil.

But also we can not deny that fact that many candidates were inducted absoloutly on nepotism and were not fit for service.

i am very impress that shabir has presented the list of those successful candidates of cce 2003 those later on qualify the CSS after passing the SPSC . HE is absolutly right .

however, dear shabir , i have also the list of those candidates who qualify the CSS-2003 exam with flying colours and group allocations but failed to qualify the viva voce conducted by SPSC . the reason is best known to SPSC .

1. Imran shaikh (ITG) 2003
2. Kamran Mughal (Accounts) 2003
3. Late Abdullah Brohi (DMG) 2003
4. Ashar Shazad (FSP) 2003
5. Raja Shah zaman (DMG) 2003
6. Muhammad salem (DMG) 2003
7. Shabir Lund (Postal) 2003

AND many more who cleared the CSS 2002, 2003 EXAM & awared the groups but fail to qualify the cce 2003 . Many CSS Candidates even failed to qualify the written portion of SPSC Exam owing to the policy of meritocracy in SPSC .

Dear shabir many candidates amoung your batch qualify the exam in 2007, 2008, & 2009 and i have no doubt about their integrity . but what about those who qualify the same exam in 2003 but failed to cross the viva voce in CCE-2003.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHICH clearly reflects the merit critaria of SPSC IN 2003 .

i am not casting any doubts of meritORIOUS candidates . but the fact of the matter is that SPSC CONDUCTED THE exam in dubious manner .

I think the matter is in court . Let the justice prevail & i think the genuine successful candiadtes of CCE 2003 must not be bothered about their results . if they are correct then any court of the world can NOT deny their right of service in Government .

May sanity and truth prevail .
@ asimqazi

Salams bro,

I like ur constructive discussion… U raised a good point that many CSS successful candidates also failed in CCE-2003…

Dear the logic is simple……….. Their marks would have been definitely less in CCE-2003.. their performance in few papers of CCE-2003 might not be up to the expectation of the examiner…….. I also failed in CSS-2006 & 2007, but the blame is on me, not on the commission……….. Same logic is applicable on the result of CCE-2003

Raja Shah Zaman was one class junior to me at cadet College Larkana.. one of my hard-working friend also passed written test of CCE-2003, but could not made to successful 77… they did not question our result… they looked on the positives….. n r now serving at good places……………..

Quote:
I failed to understand this bit floated mainly by F.S ,Shabir and others that majority of CCE-2003 was on merit but on the other hand SPSC has revealed that examination scripts of almost 47 allocated officers were badly tempered. I asked a clerk inside and he told me that asessors initially have either failed or given low marks to those candidates but later on for the allocation purposes SPSC officials have overwritten marks very carelessly. These forged scripts are made the basis of the claims raised by the committee appointed for detection this crime.
Babakhan when will u understand that enquiry committee is constituted with mala-fide intensions… They can temper with copies of anyone today… I think u’v no brains to understand this simple truth……

Quote:
please don't spoil the reputation of our province any more by leaving their illogical comments over here at this forum. This forum is accessible by the people all over the country.
Patriotism is last refugee of a coward… how true abt u Babakhan… Stop bossing us here… u can’t tell us what is good for the reputation of province…

Final note:
It is useless arguing with ignorant fools....they only bring you down to their level! vile scum!!!!
This summaries the attitude of Babakhan & his cronies…

I think, this is last time, I m posting in this thread…. Unless either My questions r answered by up-holders of merit like Babakhan & his cronies… and justify their stand… unlike posting things like ur arguments r childish (HOW ????) Jalee (HAHAHA)

Or some personal comment would result in due retaliation….
