I tried to contact him but his staff is very much co-operative
They tried everything Like he is in meeting etc etc crap so people may not come in contact with him, well that was just a single reply
leave the rest of the replies.
One of the senior manager says its all done at IBP side , we dont have any involvement with respect to screening out the candidates.
Now i am just thinking over onething what would be the replies from IBP side
