our friends in NWFP belonging to occupational groups dmg.psp and paas hav recieved their letters.
each group hav been assigned a specific date to send their bond lik dmg hav been asked 15th oct while paas 20th oct.
furthermore all the other groups will be recieving their letters in the coming fortnight with their own specific dates for sending them.
