well i think that BLACK WATER is associated with this attack but if analyrically think over the scenerio then one thing must be cleared The American are a coward peoples will not take any risks to their lives ist.

2nd there is no need to directly involved or interfarance because "Jab wo order de ke kam karwa sakte hain to samne aa ke unhon ne apni sakh to harab nai karni na".

This must be the reaction of TTP as they already accept the responsibilty.But the chance of Indian involovement is no doubt there.
