Brother you have stated a strange question!!! To say that "From where do I get the notes of Kips academy or Officers academy", seems to me as if you are asking "when that train will be arriving that is due to arrive at 12 o'clock"....
Nonetheless, its a simple humour, so take it lightly....
Coming to your question, of course you will find these notes at respective academies.... If you wanna inquire whether any member has those notes then you have to reframe your question.... something like "Can anybody give me the notes of Kips and Officers' academy"
