Yes, Brother you are quite right in saying that because some CSPs abuse powers when they have'em. But all the csps are not corrupt and if this system is running in any form although not in its best , is all because of the sincere and honest officers who are in every department. Another thing that I want to share with you is that every department whether it is PSP,DMG,CEG,ITG,PAAS,SC,HCs,NAs,PAs etc. etc. are not independent from rather the reflection of our SOCIETY. Iff we have honest public only then we can have all the right persons at each and every post of our bureacracy.
