i have heard that Punjab government will present a bill for the amendment in police order on 31st December (on this day police order will become a provincial subject) and after that The posts of Inspectors and DSPs will be announced. this amendment will also increase the powers of SHOs. no one can transfer them until one year of their posting at any place with out any critical reason.
