1) Phansi ka time Fajar k bad or suraj nikalna se pehle q fix kia gya ha? Kise or time pe Phansi q nahi dete?

Ans: In Fajar time, beacause this act is a punishment and Islamic state due to their Islamic principles and belief starts its working with a morning by recalling/praying "IN THE NAME OF ALLAH " (One THING, capital punishment is not according to islamic principles instead of constitution of Pakistan which is mere a duplicate copy of British Constitution.)

2) Wo kon si cheez hai jo aap k pass ho to nikha nahi ho sakta.....our ho to janaza nahi ho sakta?

Ans: Well, Quite tricky quistion, I think it might be a Dead BODY if it present within nikha ceremony(Premises means to say) then nikah can't be executed until this funeral/dead body's jinaza is done and vice versa.

3) Agar larki ki lash milay to kaisay pata chalay ga k ye muslim hai k non muslim?

Ans: There are three ways to judge.

1. Scientific & Medical Judgment : In some countries like egypt circumcision of girls is quite common even in some western countries.

2. Physical Appearance: It can also be judge while observing whether the body of that girl is naked or covered by some suite. If she wore western dress then she must be from foreign region and most probably a non-muslim and if she was wearing shalwar kameez then belongs to subcontinent like Pakistan, if in Sari then from Bangladesh and so on (According to Her Dress one can guise her cultural belongs and relegion)

3. General Observation:

a) One can observe, Is there any mark on her forhead? then she must be a muslim girl due to prayer habit etc.

b) It should also be noted and observed that, where does this dead body recoverd? Means place from where it recovered most probably belongs to that very area, location or proximity etc.
