u can also get ur stamp paper attested by visiting ktchaire where it is very easy to find oath commissioner,
actually the oath commissiner is a busy person so he officialy authorised some advocates to attest the stamp papers on his behalf so thoz persons attest thoz stamp paper in lieu of Rs 20 per stamp paper.
but dont forget to keep ur orignal card wth u and also write the i.d card no of u and ur
Surty and Witnesses along with signature
