If you can remember the name of Ayat and Surah it will be like icing on the cake other wise just writing down " Irshad-e-Bari Tallah" in case of Urdu or any thing like "Allah lays down in Quran" and the relevant quotations will suffice.

Any quote which corresponds with the the idea in the paragraph or the over all topic is acceptable. But try to avoid controversial figures.
