Well answer is simple. Divide the sentence into parts. But however in that sentence case, it seems that you are reminding people about the functions of judiciary. One short sentence would be sufficient to convey your intended message to the audience. Don't try to explain each and everything, just to elongate your essay.

Although there are some minor mistakes in the grammar, I didn't emphasized those. However those are easy to rectify. But you have to work on your grammar.
