Also i would like to ask what parental facilities are given if a girls opts for foreign service. i mean when she starts the job then what is the procedure to have them with you . ??? This question has been like a hurdle in this path for a long time.
well u seem quite worried regarding this...and why not u shud be...well here are the rules of thumb , u follow u enjoy

CTP: in ctp u are not allowed to remain outside academy and neither u are allowed to keep ur family with u...( now thats what offically said)...un officallu u can always live with ur family outside as a lot of commoners from my course were living specially those who are from lahore... also a few probationers had hired homes around the academy for less rent and were living there ... no one stops u from doing so

stp: in foreign service academy ... now again there is no restriction on living with family. only prob being accomodation. as there is only once academy for the probationers and u get one room and that too mostly on sharing basis...u can get one seprate room subsequently and u can keep ur family there if u want to and if u can offcourse...its tough..

rest hire a house in pindi and live there...in islamabad its tough as it is expensive city.....
