I think option D is corre4ct coz

Option is wrong, he cant be put to rial
option B also wrong, he cant be arested & handed over coz he is immuned frm it
option C also seems wrong, coz he cant be asked to leave by local authorities. Only the state can then ask him to leave.
So option is i think correct is my opinoin.
However, correction needed f im wrong.
