You all will be wondering after seeing the title...
As many of us are here who have qualified their written 2009 or maybe earlier.
And we all are well aware of the condition of Pakistan. It's included in the top corrupted country list by Transperenct Internation. Pakistan is being viewed as a terrorist countri in the eyes of the world.

So the purpose of my above words is I want you people to take an oath and make a promise that after becoming a CSP officer, we'll bring the positive change in the system of Pakistan. We'll try our best to tackle all the problems that will be on our way of honesty and noble path. We'll make Pakistan free of corruption and all abnoxious evils. We'll make Pakistan prosperous, happy and developed country.
