i really appriciate the idea,n by the time im done sucessfully w/ my exams inshallah ll be the first to share the oath.but not words alone would improve the conditions.how many oaths our leaders n officers n judges n chiefs of army had taken n that too all of them....serious sense of responsibilty,strong resolve,alive conscience n action would do better this time.....
