HI all,
can any one tell me what's the difference b/w PMS & PCS executive. i know that PCS name is now changed into PMS. but what does it mean by Executive?
someone told me that it's something different than simple PCS. is it like that?
actually the confusin term is executive. & according to my friend it's related to provincial ministry that's why it's different.

if any one know about that correctly then plz do let me know
