Words of Holy Prophet's stamp were taken from Holy Prophet's seal that was a special birthmark between His (PBUH) shoulders. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had a ring that said, "Allah Rasool Muhammad" underneath each other and the Prophet (PBUH) used to impress his seal at the end of every letter.

This is the Arabic text of the letter you mentioned earlier; the letter written to the Muqawqis, the ruler of Egypt. You can see the stamp at the end of the letter that says "Allah Rasool Muhammad".
This is another letter written to the ruler of Rome bearing the stamp and Muhammad is clearly visible.
Your point was that Holy Prophet (PBUH) used to write "min MOHAMMAD rasulullah" whereas the question is about the stamp "Prophet's Stamp
comprises of ... ". Answer is clear I guess.
