Arbab Danish, you are probably trying to get across your point as the load-shedding to be a "Blessing in Disguise" for the poor Pakistani people, right? For a part, I agree with you. At least, we come to know how the poor manage to live without light facility. BUT I must add here that all the crises our nation is confronted with, have been inflicted by the people themselves. A long-standing problem of power outage in our country epitomizes that state.
For such circumstances (when mosquitoes have a whale of time), let's take recourse to the idea of "BLESSING IN DISGUISE". It sounds funny but carries a practical wisdom in it...
