Well I head a speech of the FPSC Director on GEO. He was addressing students of Agriculture University Faisalabad on their convocation. There he discussed the changes that were likely to happen in the rules for the 2011 exam.

The major change he discussed was about the 16 years of education limit. Any one with minimum of MA/MS via BA/BS degree or BA/BSc (Hons) degree would be eligible to apply for the CSS Exam 2011.
