I do not think US will finance IPI, however it can be realized that US don't want IPI to be completed. On the other hand Pakistan really needs that project. So talks may be underway to let Pakistan a "GO" from US. In that case, if US agrees, any big international donor can invest in IPI.

Complete discussion information may be available tomorrow however it was in todays paper that US agreed to finance $ 125 million for energy and water plant projects.
