This story has reminded me the office culture as our officer incharge is going to be retired next month and i observe that people have started avoiding him as he is of no use to them. And i am also thinking what will be the life of a person after retirement who is addicted to travel free in official vehicle, free phone, free lunch/tea provided by sub-ordinates and lot of others free facilities that he used to get on the name of official duty.
Ya, one should always depend on himself and not on his fake status by wearing expensive clothes and taking advantage of his official position for personal gains.
