I dont think that Media is violating , in fact I feel they both like it to be as it is, The want more publicity and want to cash it by both hands. Had they wanted privacy they would have managed it with no difficulty as Marriages announced but still private have been happening even of Bolyywood Super Starts. So its they both who want more coverage and etc..
