can women be equal to men in Pakistan?

its mean kis women equal to man so sakti ha? ager ho sakti ha to kesa??

i said ys she can be equaled ..but . how we can explain jab tak ham ya ni bahta ga ka woh kesa inequal ha..... meri suggestions koi 1 ya 2 pages ki ni almost 10 pages ki thi.........

for this.......... there is a need to know where she is not equal then we can explain how can be equaled to men.............. as i said ys she can be equaled
