Grade 17 Officer receives basic pay beginning from Rs: 9850/- per month. In addition to it there are other allowances such as; house rent, Special Additional Allowance, Special Relief Allowance, Adhoc Relief, Dearness Allowance, etc total pay will be around 16,000 to 18,000. Pay varies from posting, e.g. a DMG Officer posted in provincial secretariat in BS-17; he/she will get total pay around 26,000/- including house requisition (if official accommodation is not provided).
