Default
Basic pay and other allowances are same throughout the country. In certain cases they provide extra allowance like in case of posting at provincial secretariat or at Islamabad they will add secretariat allowance, house requisition, utility allowance etc. to conclude starting pay of a DMG officer after training is about 18,000.
