all nominated parties take near 25-35% seats per party. the chances of combine govt is possible

plz share are 50% or above seats for any one party is necessary or not?

my means if labour take 30% seats and conservatave 35% similarly liberal democratic take 25% seats whether combine govt is possible or electin will be held again between top two parties?
