well i don't have Urdu as my optional subject but just for your sake i would like to tell you that everyone who has Urdu as optional must watch:
Zaid Hamid's "IQBAL KA PAKISTAN" with Ali Azmat. you can download it from youtube or any other source plus brasstacks team also have its CDs. in this programme Zaid Hamid explain many of his "shairs" in a very pleasant and understandable language. it will help you in understanding the situation in which Allama Iqbal say those shairs. further more i have it in my hard disk so i can give it to anyone.
