According to a survey report most of them want to return, but three things stop them from returning to Pakistan;

1- Corruption
2- Bad law & order
3- Un-hygenic living conditions

If these three issues are redressed, many of them will return, but it is impossible in Pakistan as these things have become the part of our culture.
