Hints on some common potential difficulties for starting a new business are as under:
1. Entry barriers like restrictions from monopoly structure of the market, duo-poly or oligopolistic structure. Competition from existing established market forces which are already enjoying economies of scale.
2. Administrative barriers like barriers from bureaucratic set up for the incorporation, registration, and commencement of business. Factors like red tapism, corruption and nepotism in the system.
3. Mobilization of funds, initial investment, capital injection
4. Compliance with various feasibilities like, technical, professional, legal, economical, environmental, and social.
5. Difficulties to mobilize stream of reliable suppliers and loyal customers. Ability to retain customers. Obtaining strong negotiating position while dealing with suppliers. Establishing distribution channels and supply chain.
6. Loss bearing capacity in the initial years of business during its infancy phase of business cycle.
Based on these major points you can prepare a comprehensive presentation.
