Yes it is a conspiracy against Pakistan. These terrorists not only project the image of Pakistan as non secure country but also their purpose is to weaken Pakistan.
I don't think so that it is internal ethnic conflict but the purpose of these attacks is also to create conflicts between Pakistani nation.
