before i discuss on this topic why democracy is failed in pakistan?
i want to give definition of democracy in the eyes of ibraham lincoln
the govt of the people by the people for the people
unfortunately our democracy is not according to above definition,
in election mostly members selected by Pre-Poll rigging or with illegal influence, or with the help of force, or with the help wealth

if we make our democracy according to above statement then i hope
pakistan will be the safe country for democracy

19- to be weary of policy by pakistani nation

20- increasing the ratio of crime during democracy

21- increasing the inflation rate

22- hereditary politics

23- 55% people not participate in election(mostly educated)

solution

1-make a caretiria for politicion
2- if a member select once time his relatives never participate in election whole life
3- all interferences should be abloished
4- awarness in people should be introduced
5- fudalism shouled be finished
6- taugh check and balance system
7- long terms govt
8- corrupt politician should be executed
9- hereditry politics should be banned
10- 50% seats of parliament should be reserved for phd degree holders in pol science or law
