The growing number of candidates is because there are not much jobs in the market. I as an engineer appeared in this exam. Though I have never feel an intention to appear before in it. But the jobless scenario has compelled many people to go for it. I have seen many doctors appearing in it too. It seems to me that this exam would bring similar competition as CSS.
