I have been selected for ISSB through Short Service Commission of Pakistan Navy (Supply Branch). I did my MBA from Punjab University. I have no idea regarding this as it would be my 1st ever experience of ISSB. I have few questions in my mind.

1. Is ISSB same for all armed forces? Is it would be same for Supply Branch of Navy??
2. What negative points (Which are not much harmful to other) should write on the form?
3. Should I go to any academy for preparation or not??
