My dear daily wages should not be taken in this sense as u have percepted it. Definitely the said candidates are to be doled out their compensation on the basis of their efforts which they put behind their attendance.It is all about their attendance which make them able to realize their full pay.I think the candidates will be receiving their salaries without being deducted unless they are absent without any cogent reason.
there may be deductions from their salaries in case of their failure to fall within attendance criteria,which has been chalked out by the policy makers in order to make candidates more punctual and get them trained.
