Manzoor I second your opinion in this regard that America has met its plan and now they are evacuating Iraq when they have installed their proxy leaders, have sown seeds of sectarian voilance, taken charge of oil resources and secured interest of Israil at large.

I believe this is what Iraq war was launched and they have achieved their mark despite there were no signs of weapons of mass distruction recovered.
