Dr. Sultan Khan's book is a very common one. I am surprised why it is not available there. Actually it is easily available here in karachi.
Besides I am sorry for US History & Physcology as they are not my subjects,
I think you should visit some book store nearby any university campus. These books should & must be avaialble there. I think you will get it from there so have a try & if that unfortunately does't work
