I seriously believe that joining an academy for ISSB preparation is a very bad idea. This is because the ISSB tests are meant to determine if a candidate has those personality traits and leadership qualities that are essential for an army career. These traits and qualities are developed as one grows up and cannot be taught or molded by an ISSB academy. One just has to be oneself honestly. If you have what they are looking for you will be selected and if not then no.
