I have a easy tip! Only three things:
1:Chocolate
2:Water
3:Pain Killer
Chocolate will help in Stress as it helps in regulation of Anxiety Hormone.
Water will keep your body hydrate and will ease of the Pressure.
Pain Killer will keep, Headache, tiredness, and Fatigue away.
