Default Today I wrote to Secretary, FPSC

FPSC, Islamabad.
Sir,
It is submitted that 10% women quota in public/civil services was promulgated by the Govt of Pakistan with the view to make women a part of public policy. It was started when the literacy rate of women was not so good. But the scenario is quite different now. In all universities there are 50-70% female students while rest of the 30-50% are the male.
Forgoing in view, it is requested to please abolish 10% women quota in public/civil services and turn all the vacancies to open merit.
