results of candidates with merit number 228-242 will be affected with new formula and it will open a new Pandora box

latest news is that 15 students from merit number 212 to 242 will be affected.
Raz can you give us the allocations guess once again with new formula as you have once given us in the form of excel file?
allocations will be announced in the first week of October.
