Default age relaxation for pms kpk

If any of you are interested in writ submission then post your cell # on the wall. My friend will contact you by himself. Currently, he has no money for writ submission. Therefore, he is sending the following application to the Peshawar High Court.

The Chief Justice,
Peshawar High Court,
Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa.

Subject: Request for the providing Public Attorney/Prosecutor for litigation vis-à-vis Peshawar High Court reply for remedy (Diary No.2422, Dated : 20.09.2010, Application (C # 8890))

Honorable Sir,
With due deference and deepest veneration, I have the honor to say that I sent an application to Peshawar High Court entitled as “Fundamental Rights Violation in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Provincial Management Service (PMS) Examination 2010, in Terms of Injustice in Upper Age Relaxation Criterion under General Category” on 25th August 2010 (the photo copy of application is attached herewith). I am very happy and thankful for your reply, I received, with diary no. 2422, dated: 20.09.2010, Application (C # 8890) and in which it is clearly mentioned that “I may seek remedy in accordance with law” (the photo copy of Peshawar High Court reply is attached herewith).

Honorable Sir, after discussing this matter with some senior lawyers, I came up to the conclusion that I had to put forth a writ in the Peshawar High Court for the complaint rectification. I was also told by the senior lawyers that the writ would cost an initial amount of 10,000 PKR-100,000 PKR. But, currently I am a student and have no source of income for contesting this case. Moreover, I am putting forth this matter of grievance redressing in your kind consideration on behalf of all the educated but unemployed youth of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa who have no other source of income generation for bearing the heavy expeses of writ submission in order to get JUSTICE against the unsound, unjust and fallible criterion of age calculation (as mentioned in application attached herewith) which has brutally sidelined the unemployed but educated youth of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa who were waiting for more than 2 years for the PMS Examination for getting employment through competition.

Honorable Sir, it is humbly requested to you to kindly provide us the Public Attorney/Prosecutor for contesting this case, so that, the educated but unemployed youth of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa may get JUSTICE in the Honorable Court of Law.

I shall be indeed very grateful to you for this act of kindness.

Dated: 3rd October, 2010 Yours Sincerely,
