I don't think any book can cover 100% mcq's portion. Sometimes very absurd mcqs are even asked in exam which one usually does not find in any book. All you should do is to remember important events chronologically and remember important dates. The books you have mentioned are good ones and atleast give you probability to get 80% of your mcqs correct.
