Lightbulb Stunned!

Nothing can console the courageous candidates from Indus Valley for their agony and crippled fate unless they themselves strive for overcoming it. I am an amateur in the CSS arena but I have witnessed the painstaking patience of those awaiting their results as well as their jubilant and flamboyant moods when they were proclaimed victorious. I am appalled as well. While it is true that all is well if end is well, i.e If result is positive, you forgive the pains suffered during preparation. However, I remember something my teacher once told me when I didn't fetch any distinction in college debate competition. He said,
"Honour lies in struggle, not in achievment."
I remind this to myself in every contest I participate. The purpose of stating it here is nothing but encouraging and rejuvenating my fellow patriots from southern region. Being an aspirant for the upcoming exam in feb;2010, I empathize with everyone out there who has been bestowed with a chance to take this exam.

Regards,
