The high court verdict applies only to those candidates of CE-2008 who filed the petition and have proven their case as people from a deprived segment of the country. Thus, they have been given this leniency. This ruling, to my knowledge, does not apply to any other candidate, let alone to the whole of sindh urban or rural.
