In css 2010, questions about sugar and wheat crisis can b asked. So prepare these two issus in better way who opted agriculture or who r agrigaduate.

Prepration for optional subject for interview:

Optional subjects material can b divided into two areas:

1. Material u prepared for written

2. Material u left in selected study.

First u would make keys chapterwise. Make files of all keys. Cram these keys. After that u should thoroughly study that material from where these keys were prepared. There is no need to cram dates and figures. Only imporant dates and figures should b crammed . If u dont know about any date, then simply say sorry sir i dont know.

U should practice questions with friends. Dear i dont have any idea about when interview r expected.

For Psychological prepration:

u should study psychological portion from forum. U will find that there r aprox. 8 types of questions in first day.

In personality profile, these questions were asked from us.

1) What do u do in ur free time?
2) Respobilities that u r sharing now a days?
3)Injustice that u have suffered in ur life?
4) Unpleasent decision that u took in life?
5) Any stand that u took in life?
6) Effects of modern facilities on youth?
7) Ur differences with ur parents?
8) ur childhood satisfactory things?
9) Ur childhood disadvantages?
10) About what should parents b strict with their childeren?
11) When should the parents b liberal to their children?
12) Two favourite personalities and two favourite books.
13) Ur merits and demerits.
15 Merits and demerits of parents.
14) Independent decision u took in ur life?
16) Two short term and two long term polices of govt?
17) Suggestions to improve CSS selection process?
18) Three ways to reduce inflation?
19) Facilities u want to avail during next five year?
20) What people do to impress others?

This year, there may b 30 to 35% change in above performa. But most questios will b same. So u prepare answers of these questions and should dicuss with seniors.

Dear all Aspirants of 2010 interview r welcum for any guideline i relating to psychology and interview prepration. Be feel free.
Interview is all about to remove hidden fear. This hidden fear can b removed by proper planning and management of interview.

FPSC says there is no need to prepare psychlolgical portion. But i recomend u, b well prepared for it. As it has 90% role in ur alocation.
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ dont take it easy nor take to much pressure of it. Only do planning and management
