PMS Officer are working indifferent fields which are interchangeable.
As for as DDOR is concerned, usually a DDOR after promotion become DOR in grade 18. in Grade 19 they can be appointed as DCO, Those in grade 20 or 21 are eligible for the post of Commissioner.
