An ordinary student with no previous study of this subject may require on average 30-40 days for reading, notes making, memorizing & revision etc. Extraordinary student would require less time and vice versa.

Yes. It would be of tremendous help. Must read in Urdu for the sake of thorough understanding of the events and their relevant stories/anecdotes.
