Ans of ur 1st Question is that DMG and other groups of CSS comes under the jurisdiction of Federal Govt. and may be posted in any part of the country except Foreign Service grp who may be posted abroad r in foreign office, while PMS comes under the jurisdiction of Provincial Govt. and posted in their respective Province bt also b appointed in other areas 2 on deputation basis.
