Anyway, in every culture there are sub-culture of youth, teens, urban, rural etc.etc. and members practicing these sub-cultures act according to the norms of their sub-culture. You should not be worried if some young people deviate from the main Pakistani culture. When they will become mature they will change their ideas and behaviour and will think like you. hahaha. So chill and be cool and enjoy the diversity found in every culture.
