Business Administration 100 (Management, Marketing, and Financial management).

Mercantile Law 100 (From business law of b.com except some of topics )

International law 100 (As you have read some portion in M.B.A final semester)

Indo_pak history 200 (You have already selected)

Journalism 100 (You have already selected)

Above mentioned suggestions are in accordance with your Qualification, but as per my opinion you should opted Sociology 100 instead of International law 100 on account of short syllabus.
